Your service is fast and it took only 2 days and on Sunday to deliver the Breakfast Package to my daughter in Hull, England. I really thank you for your excellent service delivery with gorgeous willow hamper Basket. My grand daughter said the taste of chocolate pastries is 100%.

The communication was good. Loads of candies…made kids happy. If only the parcel was delivered to the right address!!!? It ended up down the street in someone’s else shed. For some reason,the first time I used them they were great. Delivered when they said they would and everything was in order but recently I used them again and even though their site stated they would deliver on a certain day (which I had to pay extra for as it was a sunday) I received an email the day before saying it wouldn't be delivered till the following Tuesday. I've now waited three days and still haven't received a refund on the extra delivery and was told it was the couriers fault. I was not offered any recompense or future discount. I will not be using them again.
