Delivery was late `- arrived on a Monday ,not the Friday - but that was not Handmade Hampers fault - it was Parcel force. Arranged for my mothers 90th birthday - she was very impressed with the contents and presentation ( and it takes a lot to impress her!!) Did have to contact staff at Handmade Hamper who were helpful, friendly and efficient. No problems using then again

I sent this as a birthday gift during corona times. They were on time with the delivery even though they warned me that it could take an extra day because of the situation. Also the birthday girl was so happy with the gift! Her words: “In these times it was a really special gift, receiving a fancy hamper with delicious food so I can have a picnic as good as in a park but at home.“
