I ordered the Sauvignon hamper for my partner living in the UK from overseas, and the entire process was very straightforward. The tracking information was provided in a timely fashion, and was accurately and frequently updated. The products arrived beautifully presented and he absolutely loved them! My only note would be that the brands of wine and the food gifts are interchangeable depending on availability, so in both cases, what he received was not what was shown on the website- however, it was of a similarly high quality.

Had issues with delivery because of not enough description with address. They sent an email to rate them and it hadn’t been delivered. I rated with one star originally. They contacted me immediately and resolved the issue and the order was delivered the next day and my cousin loved it. I’m changing my rating to four stars because of their quick response to resolve the delivery issue. It would be five if they would have checked to see the order had been delivered before sending me and email to rate them. As for ordering it was really easy to do and recipient loved the hamper!!

Our order was made online for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the order was delivered to the wrong occupants of the flat even though the address was correct. We live in the US so the intended recipient is dealing with it after neighbors informed them.
