I live in the states and ordered a hamper for my son who just bought a home in Edinburgh with his family. It arrived timely and they thoroughly enjoyed it. My grandson, age three, has developed a taste for gourmet cheese.

I didnt like The price The size of the 'nibbles' The delivery charge price I did like The packaging The images, and that's what I look at were not clear to size of products. The words describe the image, but when it starts giving weights, I don't have a clue. So a picture of what looked like a large bag of popcorn, large bag of crisps, and a 'bar' of chocolate .... I went for the 'hamper' Perfect for my mum for mother's day. Delivered to her door. What came were samples of popcorn, crisps and a freddo sized bar of fancy overpriced chocolate!! I should have gone to ocado! At Ocado the bottle of brandy would have cost £33, a large crisps, large popcorn, and large chocolate would have cost me in total about £42, and because I have paid in advance for deliveries to my home anyway, this additional delivery would have cost nothing!!! Instead I paid out more than £75, and only now that I have seen the items at my mums am I thinking iv been ripped off. If the 'nibbles' had been 'proper sized' I would not been writing this

On time; your automated delivery notification system was very good; and our friends loved what they got. One suggestion - a note on the outside of the box to indicate if there are items that need refrigeration (our friends weren't going to open this till Xmas day, but because they weren't sure what was in it, they had to open it as soon as they got it). Superb box and content but what really surprised me pleasantly was the care the team provided, even going as far as personally contacting me and informing me of the package’s delivery status as I was not home to collect it when if was initially delivered. Really impressed and happy to have trusted this company. I reccomend them!
