I was really happy with my experience with Chas Hattan watches. They responded very quickly to my enquiry over the watch I was interested in. I part exchanged a watch and they gave me a very fair price. I had to wait for 2 weeks for the arrival of my credit card and they were happy to hold the watch for me with a minimal deposit. I was worried that they would not reserve it to me for too long as it is a very popular watch but James gave me his reassurance and delivered on his promise. I was put in touch with Chase Hatton by ChronoHunters. I had an omega constellation watch which, although I loved, I was no longer wearing and this did make me feel a bit guilty! James contacted me and we negotiated a fair price for my watch. He was very understanding about the sentimental attachment I had to the watch and gave me time to consider the offer. I met James yesterday in Brentwood to drop off a Rolex Sub, he held onto it until today (Sunday), popped to the office/workshop, got it checked over and I was paid before lunchtime. Bearing in mind the current conditions (CV19) and awkward working conditions/requirements... James was easily contactable and I’m really chuffed with the prompt turnaround and payment. I bought the watch from Chase Hattan almost 12 months ago, sold it back as I have my eye on something else.
