One of a kind and lovely My overall my experience with my Property Manager has been absolutely wonderful. She is professional with her work on the property and does what needs to be done including any concerns or questions that I may have. She's easy to talk to in person, friendly, and responds promptly via email, phone or text. She has an awesome personality and brings vibrant energy on her visits to the property for house inspections and is welcomed just like family. Respectfully l am definitely comfortable being open and honest with her as we both care for the property and like to keep it in a healthy state. We have a lot in common mainly as parents, gardening, culture, religion and share tons of ideas. She's one of the coolest Property Managers to work with.

Communication is pretty good

Always easy to get hold of, if missed a call Denise always rings back. Honest, reliable and good to deal with. So far all problems that I have had occurred have always been resolved. Have built a good relationship and friendship with Denise and always fills me in on all the gossip going on in Wellington and rental market. Always been a pleasure having Denise as my rental manager.

Maria had big boots to fill after Karen left but has been an exceptional property manager and is incredibly helpful and easy to deal with

My experience with my property manager, Lindsey Hambleton has been by far amazing. She is professional, respectful and communicates with us about anything we need to know. Anything i need done, reporting maintenance issues are dealt with and resolved in a timely manner, and I'm always kept informed. Oxygen has one of the best P'Ms i know, great team and service. Denise Lardelli has been the property ,manager for my two studio apartments near the Basin Reserve for the apts seven years or so. Denise has been absolutely marvelous, great in communicating, keeping a watchful eye on the studios with maintenance and the conditions of each, and wonderful at finding the right tenants, rather than taking the first applicants' to apply. I am most appreciative of her input!

Over a number of years Oxygen have kept abreast of the changes in property management and handled the inevitable issues with tenants professionally. Good operators with a good team who react rapidly.

Hemant is very efficient and helpful especially when asking for maintenance. Always answers when I call too which is very helpful especially if emergencies happen

We had a problem with our supply of hot water at our property. I informed our Property Manager who requested maintenance on the same day. When the issue was not resolving she requested further assistance from the plumbing services and kept us informed of the plan moving forward. We felt reassured and knew that the issue would get resolved. My further issues regarding an issue stemming from the initial problem was dealt with almost immediately without any issues. It was extremely appreciated.

We recently had a washing machine break down, there was good communication throughout the process, a new machine was installed accordingly
