We have had Leanne Phillips from the Hastings office look after us since we have been in our rental for the last 2 years. She has been very professional, very good getting things sorted when asked if we have had a problem. Leanne has been easy to talk to and always letting us know what is going on if we are waiting for something /a part/ contractor etc.

I'd like to express my gratitude for Aileen's great support during my tenancy. She takes a lot of care of the property and tenants; addresses any issues brought to her attention swiftly. Aileen, I have a great admiration to your kindness and your professionalism. You work really hard to get things sorted at the earliest. After applying for countless amounts of properties through a number of different agencies, I met Aileen from oxygen property management and she was so kind and caring. She went above and beyond to help find the right house for me and my two children. We now have a beautiful house and I can't say enough to show how grateful I am and how much I appreciate her determination and the effort she put in to get us the right place. To say she is amazing is an understatement. We are so lucky to have met Aileen. She is the best!!!!!

Jan Kendrick was superbly diligent and professional with outstanding communication, not only before the listing was available (it took some months to build) but after the build was complete also. Successfully tenanted the townhouse in good time.

Aileen is a very good property manager. She is very nice and friendly. She responds to email super quick and always get things done efficiently. The circumstance has been changed but she got everything sorted nicely.

I have rented a few properties in my time in New Zealand but have never rented a property where the Property Manager are so unfriendly and so rude.🙈 We are very good tenants with excellent references and we look after the property and don't feel it's fair to be treated like this. It really makes living in the property so horrible. Oxygen please remember that tenants are also important we pay the rent of the property. No use of having a property without a good tenant. Treat us like that.

My new property manager Aileen is fab, not only she guided us in tough times but also look after us as a tenant.

Very quick to pick out any small percieved problem from a Tennant, ( I was told to open more windows even tho I explained I just had a new kitten ; seems it's obligatory to make a compaint about something !) - but not so fast when its the other way round. 12 months ago I was told the builder would be back to finish painting some steps he replaced .... still waiting, while 3 weeks ago I informed them an exterior pipe to the heat pump had blown off, still no sign of someone coming to put it back ! - Otherwise seem a competent company.

Aileen has been so helpful through our application process. We are an elderly couple and weren't able to apply online. Aileen gave us a form, was patient, let us sit down at the viewing since we both cannot stand for long and was just very thoughtful through this whole process. We are very excited to bring our lemon tree to be planted at the property also. THANK YOU AILEEN

kyla took over management of our BC a few months ago when were before the unit title tribunal. She gave us excellent advice, always very approachable and is very knowledgeable when it comes to the act. With Kyla as our "go to" person I feel confident our committee will begin to run more efficiently with her invaluable assistance going forward

Oxygen have recently changed their Body Corp Administrator to Kyla Thompson. Kyla got hold of me a number of weeks ago to introduce herself and arrange to meet her in person. I did this and found Kyla to be experienced and thoughtful about the advice and knowledge around body corps and finances. This was actually a relief to me as I am very inept when it comes to money and finance. I rely on my body corp to be over this aspect. There has also been a recent issue with one of the units having unruly tenants, she was able to provide really good advice and a way forward should the issue continue.

Corporate Cleaners deal a lot with Property Management teams due to the nature of our work. The team from Oxygen have always been great to deal with, great communication and very accommodating to requests or changes. Highly recommend them!

My Property Manager was Anna. She was very kind and very helpful and a really lovely person to have had as my property manager. I want to thank her so much from the bottom of my heart and if I ever move back to Wellington or Lower Hutt area I’m def giving her a call to help find me a new house.
