Joanne Marshall is a great property manager - she performs a great service and ensures maintenance issues are addressed. She effectively communicates any issues and seeks appropriate approval to resolve. She listens and is proactive. Thanks Joanne I know my rental is in very good hands.

Diane has been always helpful and supportive for us. From the time she took over to look after our tenancy, that was when I was expecting our first baby till now where he is 15 months old now she has helped negotiating with our land lord to accommodate most of our requests. Anytime we call, message or email we always got prompt response from her. To be specific I sent a message on 05th June at 9.34pm asking about person who is coming for repairs at home and by 9.40pm we got a response. We are lucky to have her as our property manager.

Diane is very cooperative and always respond on time. One time she was at home sick and she responded via text & also called me as well despite her being sick which I could hear her voice was not so good but she attempted to return my call.
