I have found dealing with Oxygen and to be more specific with Cat(as our property manager) a very good experience always. Their customer service is always very thorough and professional. Cat has always been very responsive to our needs and does reply to any emails in a reasonable period of time. She does communicate and keeps us up to date with everything that is going on with regards to our property. Even though we only have one rental property the service that we get from Cat has always been of a high standard. Please keep up the good work. Thank you.

I was referred to Lindsey Hambleton from a contact I had within the industry. Right from our first contact Lindsey has been very helpful setting up and managing a property for me. As I live overseas it was essential I had someone I could rely on. Bailey comes on a regular basis to inspect our property and every time she brings a pleasant, friendly approach. She is thorough in her examination of the premises and direct in pointing out anything that we need to attend to. She is totally non-threatening to us, not familiar with living in rented accommodation! And understanding of the fact that we are three somewhat elderly gentlemen!! She comes as a friend rather than an inspector and this is appreciated, although we do get any messages that need to be conveyed to us. And to her credit she is prompt in attending to any needs that arise, when tradespeople need to be involved in some way with the house or its fittings. Oxygen Hawkesbay are very good at communication, Im a builder and it's important for me to get answers, information etc back as soon as possible I often text on weekends or evenings and they are happy to contact me back after hrs. Also they are always friendly and helpful on the phone or when visiting the main office

Firstly, I would like to thank you for helping us with the accomodation when we were struggling to find. We really had a nice time here. The service provided by Hemant was quick and excellent. We had issues with some appliances and Hemant really helped us by fixing/replacing them.
