excellent experience with Cushla

Cushla is a great communicator whether its sending through inspection reports, responding to specific queries and alerting us as to when she is away.

Cushla Heaven-Lee has been managing our property for quite a while and she's excellent. I'm an admin manager so I can recognize someone who's good at it, and Cushla is a truly great property manager. She has a truckload of initiative (a rare commodity in most employees I've encountered), she's hard-working, has attention to detail, she's a great communicator and keeps on top of things. I can heartily recommend her.

Our Body Corp at 56a Collins Ave. Linden is small with only 3 units. We have found the Oxygen Management of our Body Corp. very professional and helpful when Legal, Tax or other Body Corp. planning requirements arise. Because there can be difficulty having everyone adhere to necessary regulations and repairs that can be required, we have found Oxygen excellent with helping coordinate repairs, finance and generally contacting our Body Corp. Members. This helps our units be kept up to a good level since we have been supported by Oxygen. Anzelle's communications with us are clear and concise, very much appreciated.

Leanne Phillips has been looking after our rentals in Hastings for some time now and we have always found her incredible. She is always highly organised, wonderful to deal with, helpful and professional and goes the extra mile. She has made our lives so much easier these past years and we're very grateful for her care and awesome work ethic.

A great big shout out to Leanne Phillips from Oxygen Hastings. I hav been dealing with Leanne for a little over 12 months now due to the business we engage in. I find Leanne a very friendly and hard working property manager. Leanne provides detailed concise information to me regarding work that needs to be carried out within the properties that she manages. Leanne completes her work with through professionalism and I know Leanne does best possible job for both the tennants and owners of the properties she manages. Hence 5 stars Regards Tommy

We recently had a plumbing problem where we had a leak in our hot water cylinder I contacted jean and her and the house owners were very fast with getting a plumber in to fix the problem I appreciate how fast they all fixed the problem I appreciate that they make sure any issues we have are resolved

i always found the services conducted in a very professional way. Whenever there was an emergency it was always dealt with very quickly. I was very satisfied with my time with Oxygen.

Catherine Dickens has made my experience with Oxygen exceptional. She is polite friendly and very professional. Since I live in Canada I find good communication to be essential and Catherine has been exceptional with prompt clear informative communication.
