This 1star rating is for the delivery service to UK. It’s been a while since we have place an order with assumption of standard delivery time as mentioned on website. It’s more than 10days and a parcel is still showing at the UPS warehouses with absolutely no signs of delivery date. Very disappointing,

To be honest if you could give no stars I would have, ordered 11th April a small amount of carpet tiles, told 7 working days for delivery, had heard nothing and was still showing as pending on the 19th, so I rang and at that point was informed they were having trouble with deliveries to UK, I should have been informed of this staright away not just left in the dark, checked the account on the 22/04/2023 still showing as pending, rang again and was told it was on its way, but I said not showing that on the account so please send me tracking while am on the phone, the lady did this and it showed the prduct was not ordered until the 19th!!! I then said to her you just need to keep in touch with your customers and let them know what is happening as you reviews are bad and she hung up on me, how rude you just can't help some people and at no point was i shi**y or rude to her, keep away from this company they don't deserve to be in business, they have no clue about customer care cos they just dont care. I may get my order by the end of this week possibly!! Just so you know they are just an office have no stock in the UK everything is ordered from different countries once you palce your order and pay, so they have no control over delivery times!!

Wallpaper options are great quality and you can take the price of your samples off your order. Didn’t take too long to arrive considering it’s an import, however it wasn’t delivered for an extra 5 days because drivers refused to take it until the duty had been paid! I didn’t know we’d have to pay anything extra! Spent £190 on paper and had an additional £40ish charge for import!

I ordered samples, which you have to pay £7.95 delivery for, a week and a half later I am still waiting. Called customer support at 16:20 to get an update, and was told it was outside of business hours. Homepage says it closes at 5 pm... A lot of hassle to get a few samples!! Can only imagine the hassle of ordering roles of materials...

Placed an order online and then had various follow up correspondence via email. However along the line I made a polite request/query about the order (no way written as a categorical demand and nothing out of the ordinary) - as they say if you don't ask, you don't get/know. The email I received back was rude and quite shocking. Completely unnecessary. Here's some advice - if you can't do something for a customer just politely say no we don't, or can't do that unfortunately.

I found a vinyl flooring on their website which was sold at more than double to that of competitor website. When I asked for price promise to test them, they rejected it without giving any reason. Price promise is on paper only. Their prices appear to be more than double to competitor website. Don't order!

Not a good service. No follow up post my call. Sample never arrived. Imagine if it was a big order. Update - The sample was lost, but at least I was refunded the delivery cost of £7.50

I bought the wallpaper from Finland, Bricoflor.fi. with your own wallpaper calculator. was too little and I have tried to reach you by email, 3 pieces, when I need one more roll. there is no answer. I can't recommend such a miserable activity. Addition for you: I'm not interested, I've emailed everywhere, including your head office in Germany, no one answers. please reply and I will edit my feedback, otherwise this will continue to every company of yours that operates around the world. 2 days time.

I haven’t been asked to leave a review, but thought I ought to. I had hesitated to place an order for the Naturtrend Castello cork flooring I wanted because of the average rating for the company. However, the price was a lot better than elsewhere and decided to make the purchase. I contacted the team to make sure the flooring was in stock. Prompt and efficient communication followed. I placed the order in May and it took so long to see the floor in place because my whole flat was refurbished. The flooring is in most places, apart from the kitchen and bathrooms, and looks absolutely beautiful. The ordering and the service and delivery were faultless! Thank you so much.

Despite the negative reviews I read, I "took the risk" and placed an order for few rolls of a premium wallpaper (Bricoflor offered the best price and much lower compared to other websites!). I have to say everything went so smoothly. Delivery time was as stated (about 10 days I think) and only when I saw an issue with an attempted delivery from UPS I called Bricoflor customer service and they acted immediately and the day after I got my order. Also before placing the wallpaper order, I made a previous order for samples, which didn't arrive in time and they refunded the delivery fee straight away (as samples were free). Overall I'm very satisfied with the service and quality of the products! Regardless any other reviews, I would personally recommend it based on my very positive experience :) Thank you!

I can't believe there are so many negative comments on Bricoflor Ltd. If I'd seen these comments, I'd have avoided buying from them. I ordered some cork flooring from them as they gave a big discount. The flooring came from a manufacturer called Cortex in Portugal and on the website it says arrival was between 8-10 working days. I paid on 2/2/23 and because the flooring hadn't arrived, nor did I receive a TNT number which they said I'd received very soon, I sent them an email to follow up on the order. They then sent me a screenshot of a note saying the date of arrival wasn't guaranteed. This note was sent a day after I'd paid. The flooring arrived an none of the planks aligned and their were damages. They asked me to check all the planks. That's crazy! I finally asked for a refund and they said I had to wait for the manufacturer Cortex to confirm it's their fault and I wouldn't have my refund unless the products were shipped back to Portugal. However, by law, Bricoflor Ltd has the legal obligation to refund me within 14 days upon my request for refund and to arrange for collection of the faulty product because I entered into contract with them but they just ignore their obligation. The faulty flooring are still sitting in my property in the hallway, causing immense discomfort. They let Cortex arrange for collection and Bricoflor just sent me an email on the day of the collection, not taking into consideration people have their lives and notice had to be given earlier, not on the day. But I accommodated it, moved my prior arrangements to another day but the courier didn't arrive. I chased them again and they set one day only to change it at the last minute. One day I waited from morning to evening but the flooring are still in the house today. All Bricoflor says was, "OK, leave it with me" but they don't care. They sent me an email this morning that someone was coming today expecting me to leave everything behind to accommodate this. One lady called Leah in customer service was very rude. I expressed my frustrations about the discomfort of 33 packs of flooring laying at the hallway, a chipboard and a pallet in the front yard, and she took offence of me and hung up on me towards the end of the conversation. Come on, she's in customer service and should expect frustrations when they can't deliver what they'd promised again and again and again. I called back and I was put on hold with a voice machine saying to wait as I was in queue 1. The message went on and on and then I went to a voice machine saying to call back as they're off hours. Come one, it was in the morning on a Tuesday that I called and I'd just spoken with her. She just sent me an email, with "...We understand your frustation but best assured, this will be resolved. However, we do not more time to coordinate with the courier. Kind regards, Leah". That's customer service! I had to request for the email of the CEO who wasn't very helpful either and doesn't seem to know his legal obligations. My refund is still being withheld and the products are still sitting in the house. I sought legal advice and wrote to the CEO that I'm taking Bricoflor Ltd to Consumer Court and explained their legal obligation but they don't seem to care less. Honestly, it's not worth working with them. They may offer you a customised price but really, it's not worth it because they have very poor customer service and most importantly, they don't want to assume their legal obligations. I caution anyone who wants to buy from them - check out all these negative comments. They have more negative comments and very few positive ones. Raquel Fernandes

I bought about 35m square of Granorte cork flooring, which was on offer. The price really was substantially better than I could get elsewhere. The customer services team were pleasant and responded promptly to the inquiry I made about delivery and inspecting the flooring on arrival. The flooring was delivered within five working days on my day of choice (I got the impression that had I asked for it a day or two earlier, they would have obliged). My only slight negative was that the delivery company deposited the flooring on a pallet. This couldn't be carried any way up the stairs by the delivery person. I live in a second floor flat with no lift. It would have been good to know this in advance. In the event, I had to unpack the pallet on the carpark below and take 19 packages of flooring, one by one, up a staircase at a time. This took an hour. The delivery driver also left the pallet; I asked him to take it away and he said no, and suggested I just leave it on the carpark. I said that was flytipping. So now I have a pallet to dispose of. I don't have a car. I appreciate that Bricoflor is not the delivery company; but they do choose the delivery company (I'm certainly not in control of it, haha). So - I feel like this is a point where the experience is a bit less than ideal. Overall tho - the flooring looks beautiful, and is less expensive than elsewhere; and was delivered promptly.

We ordered the Granorte Naturtrend Cork Flooring after reading the extensive information on the Bricoflor website. We had many queries which were dealt with efficiently and professionally ie. could this be used with a dog resident in the house, ensuring we had the confidence to go ahead. We also wished to place the order but have it on hold until we requested it to be delivered, this was done and worked beautifully. We had two further orders, having decided to place it in more rooms. The delivery was prompt and efficient. The flooring looks amazing and is even better than we had hoped. We personally rate the flooring and Bricoflor, without reservations as 5 -☆

I ordered a quantity of Marmoleum Click Tiles from Bricoflor in January. They advised that these were currently out of stock and offered me the option to cancel. I kept the order in place and Silvi kept me informed about the delivery date which turned out to be two weeks earlier than first estimated. The actual courier delivery (Palletways) turned out to a little nerve racking, but after three attempts, the tiles arrived in good condition. Again, Andreea was very helpful chasing the courier company. So in summary: All's well that ends well

We desperately needed some carpet for an event we were taking part in. We found this company online that offered next day delivery. We called in advance early in the week to get some reassurance, that if we ordered, could we get it for Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. They told us it was possible. A few days later they emailed us to say they've noticed we've requested delivery for a particular day, and if we want it delivered on that day its classed as express delivery and we'd have to pay an additional £35 (even though we ordered in advance). We were told to reply to the meail by 11am that day if we wanted our order - we found this rather odd but replied within an hour. A few hours later we get an email to say our order has been cancelled. We called to find out what was going on and the representative was rather unhelpful. First, they claimed they never received a reply, and then they tried to say they don't have the stock they're advertising and have to place an order with another manufacturer to get it (again, very odd). Their whole attitude was implying it was all our fault, and we got the feeling they had no idea what they were doing or how to deal with customers. They were very unhelpful and unreliable and we would avoid them at all costs!

Emailed regarding the quality of the flooring, no acknowledgment of the flooring being poor and cheap. there were lines like scratches in every single panel. Instead received rude customer feedback saying that all the problems were due to me not telling them instantly and therefore all responsibility was on me. The floor is difficult to work with and due to the quality, will not stand for very long. extremely disappointed with this companies attitude. EDIT: there is false information about them contacting me multiple times, they only contacted me once, and then ignored my response when I informed them about the quality of the flooring given. Again by the response they have given here is a copy and past of the email I sent them. No acknowledgment of the poor quality and blames the customer. very poor service
