How can the delivery address be wrong but the same address for billing be correct?! Three days later, I was told on the phone that the problem was because I am incompetent...!

United Kingdom | 03 November 2021Order arrived with damaged goods. We requested a replacement and keep receiving notice it has shipped, but never arrives. Have reported it to Bricaflor and have been told it's not their problem, they just a middle man. We need to take up the battle with their offshore suppliers and they don't want to hear about it. Wish we had read the reviews here before using them! We will be taking this up with the UK Consumer Rights. Order Number: 700031502

United Kingdom | 15 June 2021AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you’re expecting to receive flooring or any products offered by Bricoflor in the delivery time stated on the website then BUY ELSEWHERE. I ordered flooring a month ago and still no idea where the order is or when it will be received. All they can tell me is it’s left the warehouse. No communication, no updates, no offer to rectify the issue when confronted and zero responsibility taken for their misleading and outright false advertising. Extremely poor customer service!!

United Kingdom | 15 June 2021No returns after 14 days. I think this is ridiculous. Wallpaper Direct gave me a refund for unused rolls several weeks later. Awful customer service and won't use them again.

United Kingdom | 13 June 2021Knowing you only get a sample smaller than an A3 price of paper I ordered 2 samples of the same (yes I know very cheeky). I was charged £5.95 delivery - was ok about this. However my sample has finally arrived but is only 1 piece of paper small than an A4... and the franked letter states they paid £3 for the actual postage. Unhappy because the little bit I received doesn’t show the whole repartition. So glad I found these reviews before placing my order. Would rather give up my lovely wallpaper then go through the same as some of these others.

United Kingdom | 25 March 2021Astonishingly incompetent - True story. I wish I'd read these reviews first before placing an order. Two months from ordering, still no floor despite numerous calls to which various excuses were offered in response. For the first couple of weeks it was "stuck with the courier", then that turned into "whoops sorry we completely missed your order, we'll send it next week", at the moment we're on "it's ready to ship, we'll send you the tracking information". Oh my naivety; I should have asked for the tracking information over the phone last week. I asked for it this week and was placed on the obligatory hold for 15 minutes while they rummaged through the excuses playbook once again. After a while the line just went dead. As I write this I'm number two in the queue and have been for about 20 minutes... and now I've been booted out of the queue and told to send them an email. If you've made it this far through the vitriol, congratulations! I hope it's proved informative. Honestly, unless you want to use this as a distraction to see you out of lockdown, do yourself a favour and buy whatever this company purport to be selling from somewhere else. Update following Pauls reply - which amazingly is the fastest response I've had to any of my interactions with the company. Fellow buyers take note, the advice to "all the other people in a similar situation" suggests my experience is unfortunately not unique... Paul; I shall send you an email.

Ordered wallpaper on 15-1-21 told 5-7 days delivery, initially schudeled for the 26-1-21 then changed to the 27th am delivery slot......not recieved. Called them on 28th to cancel order was told i had to e-mail them, promptly done. Then checked tracking information and the product has no delivery estimates and apparently still in Germany. Had no communication from the company and confirmation of cancellation, putting aside Brexit and Pandemic there is no excuse for poor communication especially when you are so quick at taking payment! Absolutely appalling service! Its amazing what a bad review will do, just been informed from Bricoflor that my delivery is in customs waiting to be cleared. Strange that UPS claim its in transit in Herne-Boernig, Germany!

Called to check where items where 2 weeks on - told they would be with me the next day. Lunchtime next day - nothing. Called again, took tracking codes and checked myself. Not out for delivery at all. Called again, turns out they had given courier wrong postcode and the goods wouldn’t arrive for another 3 days. I told them to cancel the whole thing! Now I have contractors arriving, no flooring and I have to go and source on a quick delivery at a cost to me! DO NOT USE

United Kingdom | 12 September 2020I ordered 7 samples and paid £8.95 - only received 3...it is a real waste of my time having to scan then upload the letter that came with the 3 samples which said all 7 were contained when they weren't. I then have to write a report...on reading the other reviews this seems like a common problem - if they can't get this right I would doubt you would get my proper order of flooring right either...swerve at all costs (literally!!!!!!)

Cancelled samples but sent regardless, still no response to request for quote. Will be claiming money back from Paypal. What a lousy service. Wouldn't deal with this bunch at any price. **AVOID ** AVOID

United Kingdom | 01 September 2020What a terrible experience, had to wait an additional 3 weeks for my delivery, which was 1 pallet, apparently the haulier didn't have a van!! what haulier doesn't have a van, customer service was poor, despite knowing about the issue, I had to constantly keep chasing them for updates.

United Kingdom | 04 August 2020I bought flooring for my small galley kitchen at cost of £170 2 years ago in addition I paid to have it laid professionally. The packages arrived and one of them was cracked and unusable but the were replaced very quickly. Now 2 years later all the ties are chipped or rising from the base and look dreadful. I emailed and asked how long the guarantee lasted for and was told 15 years. However they then said that due to the fact we did not use their underlay it was not covered and we needed to get back to the person who laid the floor. He also laid other flooring for us which has lasted fine with out problem.

Ce site est honteux, ns avons commandé du parquet et 80 % de la commande était defectueuse. 3 semaines que ns attendons apres un transporteur allemand pr qu il vienne reprendre la commande et que nous soyons remboursés.... service client incompétent. Ns alls porter le litige devant la justice et les médias.
