My site was under attack and dozens of spammers per day registered on it. No spam comments, because I used a good spam plugin, but having those annoying emails for users registering on my web with fake email addresses and having to manually delete them every time was time consuming. I tried a lot of plugins and none of them delivered what they promised, the problem continued. Of course, I don’t want to disable the option to register, I need that on my site. Finally, I tried CleanTalk, and man, it solved the problem right away. I used the free trial and immediately subscribed before the trial ended. It works wonderfully, one of those plugins with a fair price and are really worth their cost.

Easy to setup and manage the plugin. Dashboard shows all and easyly configured to keep out most or even all spam via country, ip etc. The spam firewall add-on is a nice feature to create personal lists. (running server with 100+ sites and good security, but this is a very good addition to stay save)
