Making a website on WordPress do have security concerns, especially if you are not updating themes and plugins regularly. My website was apparently hacked and the users could only see a red-warning sign. I did not know what to do, but then I found Cleantalk. I installed the free version to start with and ran a scan and within a few minutes my page was back online. I no longer receive any spam comments. This has been really great. I have now renewed my license.

After months of trying and failing with different filters and free anti-spam plugins I decided to give CleanTalk a try. 6 days into the 7 day trial and it's a no brainer, CleanTalk is working far better than anything I've tried to date. I have had absolutely zero Spam or Bot messages come through my site for the first time in years, and comments I want to see are making it through. One forum user did have his comments blocked, but it was easy to add him to a Whitelist which now allows his comments through. Plus. it's really cheap, wish I'd got this years ago.
