Discovered an issue with a carseat a year after purchase, the team were very helpful and efficient with getting it sorted at no expense to ourselves. Would highly recommend them and lovely quality items to top.

Prompt and efficient delivery of our Jane epic travel system. The pram is very easy to assemble and is super quick to take down and put up again. Fits nicely in my car. The car seat is also easily moved between my car and my husbands

I received great service and an excellent product. I brought the Jane epic with the matrix 2 car seat. And it’s the best pushchair that I’ve every brought. I purchased this 3 years ago. This is still that good that I’m now using it for my last baby which I gave birth to in may. All I did was purchase some new back wheels for it just before she was born. But the pushchair and car seat are still working great

I would recommend jane over any one else. I have loved my crosswalk travel system. For the country lifestyle it has gone everywhere, so easy to use, folds small even my mum can work it! The spinning car seat that can also lay down has been a life saver and saved so many issues when out and about. I did loose a small cap off my wheels and customer care made it so easy to get in touch and have a replacement sent out with no issues, and arrived at my door before I realised they had even read my email. The system was also a lot better price wise than other companies I looked which is always a thumbs up. as a recommendation from a friend to us, I would 100% recommend again

Delivery was quick & ordering simple. I found the product through a mums top 20 car seats amd travel systems. As this is my third child I wanted to get this right. Out of the 3 prams and car seats I’ve had for my newborns this is definitely the best. The chassis is sturdy but light not to hurt your back. It’s easy to fold down with simple movement. The car seat is light and it lies down which makes it an ideal basinette when out walking when your little one falls asleep in the car or the motion from the pram. You can also use on long car journeys. It’s stylish yet sturdy. The suspension is what swung it for me. I have always had problems with wheels on prams that last through the years but these can sustain different terrain and repetitive use. I am really pleased and can’t recommend enough to anyone asking or complimenting on how nice it looks.
