A brand new grandchild prompted the search for a sensible travel system that would go from newborn upwards and also be adaptable from one car to another without requiring a degree in car seat technology. The Jane Trider with Groovy + Nest car seat seemed to fit the bill and was delivered very promptly by Johnston Prams resulting in a very happy mum and dad and baby. I then realised that I would have more flexibility if I also had a permanently installed seat/carry cot that could be used with the Trider base and invested in the Matrix Light 2 for myself. A small technical problem was soon resolved by customer services and I am thrilled with the flexibility and reliability of the whole Jane system. Johnston Prams have provided an efficient and trouble free experience in an area about which I knew nothing at all. Well done.

Absolutely fantastic service, emails were answered quickly and with relevant information. Ordering was easy and I received emails acknowledging my order, that the order was being put together and another email when my order was dispatched. I want to pay special attention to John who was fantastic and made the whole experience fabulous. Edit: my order has arrived very quickly and is 100% correct. Thank you John and team

Cannot fault the customer service, we had a few minor issues with our matrix pram and the team couldn't have been more helpful. The only thing I could say is that the convertible high chair needs to have removal straps rather than riveted which would make it much more hygienic and better to use for longer when they are not required as my child gets older.

If I could have given 0 for this company I would have. Their website didn't state that the adult face mask sizes had changed - much larger!!! Customer Service was useless, inefficient, confused, unhelpful. So I've lost my money.

Ordered grey masks. Got black masks. They look nothing like the website pictures. Too much hassle to send back. Hint. Change your advertising!

Our Jane car seat became faulty within about 12 months (and within the warranty period) after the stitching came apart on the safety belt tab resulting in the belt coming through the chair. We were unable to use the chair to take our child to nursery with it. We sent photos of the issue to Jane's agent's dealing with their warranty work. They were unwilling to send a new chair. They advised that we must box it up and send it back before they can see if they could fix it. When we said we were concerned about sending the chair, a safety item for our child, using improvised packaging with a courier, their agent first lied to us saying they do not have suitable packaging they could send us and then eventually admitted that he could not justify the cost to send us a box! Very very poor customer care. Having bought Joie products for many years and had dealings with their customer care team, we wish we had stayed with what we knew.

Talk about taking advantage of people during a time of crisis when all we wanted was a walker for our little 8 month old. We purchased in good faith a new walker but when it turned up it looked like it had been driven off road at 60mph and Hit every branch and bush along the way, we sent it back only to be told the wheels were missing and that they will be deducting £25 because apparently they are imported from spain (THE WHEELS WERE NOT MISSING)so according to jane the wheels make up 35% of the product, actually laughable. JANE AS A COMPANY AND PROBABLY AS A PERSON YOU ARE A JOKE YOU HAVE 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CUSTOMER ETIQUETTE AND YOUR REVIEWS ARE A REFLECTION OF THIS, KEEP THE £25 YOU BOUDANAS CLEALY NEED IT MORE THAN US. ****DO YOUR CHILD A FAVOUR DO NOT PURCHASE A JANE PRODUCT, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED*****

I rated Jane Prams 5 stars on June 5th only as I had been contacted regarding my order which was placed on May24th. I was told my order was still in progress and I would be updated by phone or email. I have not heard anything....... I will be cancelling my order..😡

I contacted Jane as wheel on pushchair bought 10 months ago had broken and could not get response from the retailer I purchased from. Jane were excellent I sent them proof of purchase and the same day a wheel was posted out! Fantastic service. I purchased Jane trider as really only needed car seat as had already bought a pushchair! If we had known how good the Jane was we would never have bought other pushchair as the Jane is a fantastic system and best I have ever used!

If I could have given 0 stars, I would. Paid for a 12 inch tyre for a buggy. No response to emails or phone calls. They finally cancelled the order 18 days later with a message saying they didn’t have them in stock. I was left without a buggy for my 2 year old for a month during COVID19 when I needed to get her to a large park to tire her out. Desperate service. I would never order from them again. I have emails and payment details if Trust Pilot wants to verify this.
