I had no problems in locating the goods I was looking for, no problem paying for the goods. A MEGA PROBLEM WITH HAVING TO PAY EXTRA DELIVERY COSTS. I live within the UK Mainland NOT on any of the Scottish Islands. Perhaps someone should educate people from England on the geographic lay of the UK. We DO NOT have to use a boat or cross a water bridge to access our property. We have the A9 leading from Perth to Inverness which is only 119 miles (a 3 hour journey). I do object to having this cost added to the price of what I order. This will be my one and only purchase from here unless things change in the near future.

Well I ordered my dogs Davies Ranger dog food from the pet warehouse while it was on a great offer and was very pleased when it was delivered before tea the next evening. I will definitely be ordering from here in future, so much easier and no carrying the sacks either, win, win.

I was looking for a specific doggie pt product recommended to me and i looked it up on the Google site and found it available from The Pet Warehouse. On viewing the site it was easy to navigate, I found the product I wanted and saw a greater selection than I had been looking for. The ordering and payment process was quick and easy and apart from spending quite a lot of time looking at other products available and noting their reasonable pricing, it was over in a few minutes. The delivery promise was beaten an the parcel arrived swiftly with the goods safely packed. Apart from my order there was a reasonably sized free sample of an own product in the same category as my chosen one. At the moment my dog is assessing it. An easy site to navigate, a good selection of products and good delivery. An on-line pet shop I will recommend to pet owners.

Not particularly impressed with the rabbit hutch we purchased. Have had to make alterations to make it useable for purpose. Disappointed that the makers don't feel it necessary to provide strength & reduce gaps with just a few additions of extra wood as we've had to add ourselves.
