I ordered online incorrectly (my mistake) and called to notify them of my error. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and amended my online order with the correct product - she even supplied it at the same price (it should have been more expensive) - a great advert for good customer service. Thank you very much

Couldn't do enough to assist re: a problem we had re: delivery time / day & our non-availability to receive our goods from them. Four return 'phone call's later (to their carriers & ourselves) & not a syllable of frustration heard towards our own awkwardness (we were annoying ourselves!!)... all was sorted. Great in every way required.

Saw a guinea pig cage in our local pet shop. Checked prices online and this was £10 cheaper- same model,delivered free. Ordered from Lancashire at 1230pm and was delivered at 315pm the following day in Devon. Can't fault. Our two guinea pigs are delighted running round their new extended living quarters!

Awful, still havn't received my products and paid for express delivery, that was over a week ago. No one seems to know what has happened to my order

First time I have used this company I got a quick response and Items were much cheaper than a pet shop even with postage. Highly reccomend

Just received the collar and lead and Daisy is delighted. she tried to say that this was a big day in her life because her old collar which she has had for some time broke and she was bereft. She is now on the up and shows her lovely red collar off to everyone she meets. She has promised not to go in puddles and get it dirty but I remain to be convinced.

I am still trying to figure out how Pet Warehouse managed to deliver my order in the time they did! I seemed like I had hardly placed the order before the package was arriving at my door. A brilliant, amazingly fast service and I shall certainly be a returning customer.

Not shopped with them before, so I thought I'd give them a go. I wanted a "Tunnel & Nest" for my pet mice and they proved to be the cheapest online. I'm a firm believer in getting what you pay for so I knew I had to be taking a chance. Turns out it wasn't the risk I expected. Just quality goods and service all reasonably priced and for me at a bargain. Perhaps too much to say for a single experience but I'm willing to give them another go in the future. Roger C

I couldn't believe the service I received from the Pet Warehouse, I thoroughly recommend you give them a try. They updated me by e-mail of the order process and the goods arrived the next day, I didn't have express delivery, it was just amazing! I was well pleased and to top it all it was the best price too. I wish I had discovered this Company sooner.

It would be better if the stakes were made of a stronger material as they brake when putting in to firm ground

Cannot rate this company highly enough. When I went on the site to order 6 scratch posts they were out of stock. I emailed the company and received an email from Mark asking how urgent I needed them. As they were for our Cats Protection shelters I said as soon as possible. I received them only a few days later. That is service! The prices were good too. Being a charity that is really important. We would definitely use this site again for all our cat toys etc.,

Very expensive items postage way overpriced items a lot smaller than expected 1i is already without squeaks just rubbish won't use again
