My parcel arrived within a few days of placing my order but the postman handed it over to me with half the contents spilling it, I'm surprised it was all there. When I inspected the toys inside the cardboard the toys were attached to were all tatty and beaten. I'd of liked a bit of extra packaging to protect my purchases instead of them being flung in a bag.

I am new to this company and decided to purchase some Dry dog food as I had surfed the web and my usual supplier had increased their prices quite a lot. I ordered two 15 kg bags of dog food on the 16th July and they were delivered the day after. I was amazed at how quick I received them. When only half the order came (split packaging by the courier) the guys at base sorted it with no fuss and we received our missing item straight away.

i needed a new cage but didn't want to pay £45 from pets at home for it found the exact same one for £22 also after looking around the website found plastic travel boxes for £6 when i was going to pay £13 for a much smaller one. also it didn't take long to come received all the items the next day. have been telling people i know with pets about this website and am going to be buying from it again regularly. wish i had known about it sooner could of saved loads of money.

All as expected free delivery and arrived within 2 days, would recommend.
