Our order was despatched immediately and received promptly. The product was competitively priced and the cheapest we could find. Result !

Petwarehouse were fine product despatch in good time. Issue with the delivery. I requested parcel was left in pourch, I and a text massage saying it had been delivery 15 mins before I arrived home from work. But the parcel was not there. I emailed the delivery company as soon as I realised the parcel was missing, they got back to me confirming it had been delivered. Fearing that in the 15mins before I arrived home someone had taken it I realized there wasn't a lot I could do as I had ticked a box saying I would be responsible for the parcel being left in the pourch. When I arrived home the next low and behold the parcel was sat right in the middle of my pourch.
