bought a run for a guinea pig and the advert says it folds up but it does not fold up- this is after I have put it together, tried emailing from the website but no reply from them in 4 days.

Bought only 10 as never used this company before and had seen varying reviews on various companies with quality of pigs ears being a problem. However, the pigs ears from Pet Warehouse were of a very good quality and delivered VERY quickly so I am about to order a larger amount from them now!

The company posted my order in super quick time. Happy with the amount of packaging. Maybe in future just alert people that the box/packaging will be very large in case someone needs to carry it a long way. Overall very pleased with the service, thanks!
