I spent all weekend attempting to send a transfer to a MT card on JN Money Online. This was the first time I was sending as the recipient recently acquired the card. They gave me the last 7 digits to help in finding them, however , for then entire weekend no record could be found. Full name and last seven digits of the mt card and the recipient profile could not be found. After speaking to uk rep they indicated that the number on the issued card may not be the actaul number on the recipient profile. I had to give this rep the name and address of my recipient and they were able to provide a card number... a totally different number to what was actaully on my recipient's physical card. This make s no sense. All weekend and this would not have been remedied if I didn't know who or where to call.
