Terrible online experience. Money was sent to my account in Jamaica via JN Money online on Saturday. Checked my US and my JA savings accounts and the money was not deposited and my US savings account on my dashboard is missing!!!!!!

Using JN money was a bit tedious to start however once everything was set up I have been transferring money regularly with no issues. Their customer service have so far been excellent. Email responses are quick. I can't say the same for JN bank customer service but JN money is A+
