United Kingdom | 27 July 2024Overall my experience has been okay but what has ruined my experience is when my partners account was blocked by a cashier because he couldn't provide a same day statement which his bank doesn't do. He provide a valid statement with bank stamp as requested by one cashier but this lady said it was not good enough and blocked his account. It was like the cashier was making up her own rules. I then had to travel to send money when I was heavily pregnant and have never had an issue as i have been served by other cashiers

I didn’t think if I send the amount it would raise an alarm, however the cashier asks for a source income and ID/address. I went away to get the documents and returned. Because the bank statement didn’t show my last work monthly income from work, even though I explained that my statement only issue on the first of each month. She made up her own rules, stating she needs to see my last income on the bank statement and I won’t be served. She then blocked my account . I have used other money transfers without no problem or staff making their own rules.

United States | 26 July 2024The teller needs training in customer service. She does smile, you try to make small talk to be friendly with her but doesn’t make a difference . My last visit there was upsetting, so I do my transaction online now or at another place in Hiram which has now turned out to be disappointing. My son’s account is frozen due to some confusion in the money being transferred.
