It's great because I can either send money to friends and family to collect at their local JN branch in Jamaica or I can choose to put money in my own JN account, which is available instantly. It helps being able to do that, especially when going on holiday or saving up for a rainy day.

I find it a bit backwards that we cant open an account get a card to that account in the same place. To actually have to take a flight and then stand in a bank in Jamaica for what feels likes two weeks is incredibly frustrating and backwards. There must be a simpler way for making these transition easy for bough staff and customers. I am sure money isn’t the problem. If you are looking for a more robust system you must include in this development something that is customer user friendly. This will prevent anger, renal abuse and incompetency. I don’t want to suggest the bank system in other country as I do understand every environment and country is different but we must look to grow and with the times please.
