United Kingdom | 19 July 2024My experience with JN is always excellent, I have never had an issue in 22 hrs of being their customer. Any time I contact customer service my concerns has always been resolved very quickly in a satisfactory way. However, there was one bad apple recently who cut the phone as I was trying to explain my issue. I was not being rude in anyway therefore, I couldn't comprehend why? I had to call again and got a helpful and courteous individual who was patient enough to listen and understood my concern, then subsequently resolved it. The one bad apple unfortunately cost you one star. In my book you have always been a 5 star service.
