The worst customer service and management to me

The location on Albany Ave in Hartford has the worst set of people working there, just rude a lot of attitude.

The staff were very inform i went to pay my land tax i did not know how much an she let me know i must know the exact amount or it will be return i was please to hear stop me from a lot of up and down ill continue to use jn

The employees have good customer service and they take the time out to ask you what’s the transaction you’re doing etc

Staff is always supportive, and friendly. And advise me of the best options to complete my transactions. I recently had to send down money to myself so I could go down to Jamaica to bury my grandmother and to complete a project. And I don't usually have to wait too long when I go to send the funds. But somebody explain to me why the wait is so long when you go for the pick up in Jamaica...

JN money on university Drive sunrise is the best, they all does a good job, but I regularly go to university Drive in Sunrise because it is the closest to me, the minute you walk in, you are recognized by Miss Perline who is always ready to help. Feels like family.
