Total Back Care are total Legends! We have been using Total Back Care for more years than I care to remember! (There may have still been dinosaurs!) Rob and Jess cant do enough to assist our colleagues in ensuring that the get the correct equipment to make them comfortable whilst working with DSE. Their reports are very comprehensive and clear. They are very friendly, professional and flexible with their availability (although Rob does run on coffee!) They deliver any equipment necessary and spend time with the user showing them how to set it up as well as explaining why it is important and how it is designed to make them comfortable. This gives the colleague ownership of their work station as well as their equipment (and saves me time running back to fix it when someone else has sat at their desk) Rob has even let us know when he knows we have a product in stock rather than suggesting we buy new every time. Rob has also found and supplied us with very specialist equipment for neuro divergent colleagues and pregnant woman! Rob has also run "mass training" on site, showing colleagues how to set up their DSE and adjust our specific standard office chair I couldn't recommend them more highly enough!

Amazingly knowledgeable - really went the extra mile to listen to my needs and ensure they were met. The fitting of my chair was meticulous and I was also advised of a laptop stand that matched the height of my monitor. On receiving my new chair it was fitted to my shape and I am surprised how much of a difference it is making to my posture and the back support the chair gives. I wish I had done this years ago..... Cannot recommend highly enough.......

The provided service was friendly, supportive, and professional. During the assessment, I felt welcomed and was comfortable to ask the numerous questions I had. Although the process was a bit longer as there were some aspects I hadn't noticed at first, the result was great and I now have a suitable chair for my small stature, which no longer causes my back pain to flare up. A very informal and friendly service which allowed me to ask plenty of questions and receive lots of information. Jessica, an ergonomics specialist, understood the issues I was having and offered a variety of solutions that I was asked to try. There was no pressure to buy and later I was emailed a complete report of suitable products along with prices.

I recently got a new standing desk from Total BackCare. I've used them before for instance, buying a suitable office chair (I have chronic back problems). You get the c,omplete package- help with selection, deliver, fitting and adjustment. Dr Rob and Jessica are pleasant and highly knowledgable individuals who offer sound advice.
