Sales staff was excellent. My rep educated me on available products, determined features that were necessary to my application and found the most affordable option.

They installed our system and have been responsive when issues arose. They keep our downtime to a minimum. If an issue pops up on a Sunday morning, it's always fixed by the next Sunday. This includes issues that are not their fault, like the time the Air Conditioning people damaged a wire. They have the necessary parts on hand when one of ours fails.

The team here at Focused Technology is very good at what they do. Very helpful, quick to answer the phone and emails, and good at problem solving. It would have been 5 starts but one of the shipments I needed by a deadline arrived a day late. Not the end of the world but did cost me some cash to fly with big equipment as it missed getting on the truck. Overall, very happy with them and will do business with again.
