No problems at all, I called them and received my projector in 2 days at the same price as listed online. I can't thik of one negative thing to say about them.

A1 experience

Had an amazing experience with this company. Was searching for a new projector for our church. Chris of the sales team spent quite a bit of time talking with me about product options and answering questions about the technology. But the greatest part of this experience was that Chris actually listened to what I was saying. I find that a lost art in many companies today. And because he listened he directed me to the right product and it is outstanding and its turned out to be an incredible blessing for our church as well. Even after the product arrived I had several additional questions about it and Chris was there to answer those questions with the same courtesy and professionalism as before. I would definitely recommend Focused Technology and would welcome the chance to do business with them again.

I recently purchased a new Elite Screens projector screen from Focused Technology. Their "expert" was contacted and gave me great advise about which screen would be best for my home theater. Chris went out of his way to give me excellent customer service and help me resolve a problem I had with the motor on the screen. Chris is the greatest. Because of him, I will never consider any other company but Focused Technology for my home theater equipment needs.

From start to finish, Focused Technology helped us to identify the equipment that we needed, promptly got the estimate out, reaffirmed the estimate after we had a delay making the purchase, then got the deal done. All equipment was promptly received for installation.

Not much to say. Ordered Screen, Received Screen (a few days later). Hung Screen. The good thing is that it did go "the way it's supposed to go", without incident. I would order from here again, and recommend them.

Great turnaround time and knowledgeable staff

I was very pleased with my experience with Focused Technology. They always answered the phones and made sure to answer any questions I had. They were very helpful and quite knowledgable. They had the lowest prices of anyone by far and were still negotiable and willing to work with us. They communicated when a package was to arrive and if the part was backordered, they did not even charge me until they received the order at their warehouse and on its way to me. Great experience in every aspect. Will order much more from this company as needed. I strongly recommend Focused Technology and their staff.

Selected a Viewsonic projector, delivered as promised by Fedex the next day. New unit, newer firmware than what I had previously, had some benefits. Only reason its not 5 stars is the pricing on another site was less, and although Focused did discount, they couldn't match.

Fast service, quality product, good price. Enough said.

They came out, looked at our needs, made a couple recommendations with NO pressure! I hate high pressure sales! They really know what they're doing. Easy to work with. Prices were decent. Followed up to see if we had any questions. I would heartily recommend them! I know, should I ever have a need, they will be the first ones I'll call.

The title almost says it all. These guys are on top of it. They weren't just selling us equipment, they helped us problem-solve our needs, and when we had some technical issues with 1 of the pieces of equipment they sold us, they bent over backwards to press the manufacturer to provide the level of support & replacement service that I (and they) felt was appropriate.
