Brilliant service even tho I forgot to send the prescription still had the medication within a week I've ther the Christmas period 5*

Great service, very helpful

Been using the company for over 2 years for veterinary recommended cat food. Received package of 4 boxes containing 12 sachets per box. Paid express delivery on this occasion giving overall cost of goods and delivery approx £52.. Package arrived burst open at top with one box damaged exposing sachets. Sent photographs to Animed with covering letter advising I would not risk feeding cat with contents of a damaged unsealed box. Received response and no replacement box offered. I have had to put one star but would have not given any starts at all.

Delivery too late, poor explanation, no notice u didn't have stock so couldn't go elsewhere. Staff didn't really care

Unfortunately very slow handling of my order. This is a problem if the medication is needed urgently.

I recieved an illegal unsolicited E-mail advert from Animed this morning. The advert was in breach of the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications(EC Directive)Regulations 2003 section 22. Don't buy from spammers! Edit: The spam was reported to support[at]animeddirect.co.uk on the 10th January, but got no response.

Ordering made easy and delivery great.

It was a pretty painless procedure, they did insist on a genuine prescription from my Vets which they said I needed for them to approve the medication for my pet. Although this delayed the delivery by two days it was very reassuring that we where getting a properly controlled service .

Order took 9 days to arrive. I uploaded a prescription from my vet that was acknowledged, but then received another several days later saying they were waiting for a prescription before they could approve the order.

Excessive time still have not received paid for medication and communication is exceedingly poor with the four people I have spoken to just wanting to tell me their problems instead of addressing and putting right the one they’ve caused for me

Plenty of choice, quick delivery

Ordered prescription medication in plenty of time before I ran out, also attached prescription to my dogs profile. Was then asked to provide prescription - a week later - to then be delayed again as they wanted to know why I hadn't used it since issue date (which I had) this led to my dog running out of meds before new bottle arrived.

I used the code i was sent via email to get 10% off my first order but it wouldn't except the code so I had to pay full price and I spent alot of money as well ?
