Waited nearly 3 weeks for my dogs medication.

Order made on 14/12, nothing received by 9/1, no communication. Pet suffering as a result. Telephone customer services had to wait 20 minutes to speak to someone. Turns out a refund was issued on 30/12, no reason, no notes on the system, no reason or compensation offered. This is the second time they have not delivered with no communication. I won't use them again.

A product was faulty and I received an immediate full refund although part of the product was usable.

I paid for express delivery and when bringing this to customer service they where very dismissive and defensive i didn't receive the prescription until almost 2 weeks later. When writing an email about this because what's important to me is my pet and making sure she gets things on time no one bothered to get back to me. It's a shame that people only care about image and replying when people leave a bad review. When contact was made directly for support I was ignored.
