United Kingdom | 02 March 2025I can literally write exactly what ‘Catherine’ has!! So stressful trying to get tablets for my dog’s itchiness I was left in tears. I have used Animed before and not had a problem. However, the system now is just not fit for purpose. My first photo of my prescription was rejected as it had a very small piece of the corner missing. You could see the whole prescription though! The email system is ridiculous- I became completely confused as to which of my emails was being replied to. To cut a long, stressful story short I cancelled my order, went to the vets to get an ‘emergency’ prescription and ordered online at Petdrugs. Here’s hoping they have a better service!
