Mario was a great instructor and was always keen to help me fix my mistakes. I passed my practical on the second try and it’s all thanks to him and the school! Very reasonable pricing as well.

Mario is a fantastic instructor - professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive and patient throughout the whole learning process. He taught me to drive with confidence, and completely calmed my nerves! Would recommended him to any new student.

Mario was an amazing instructor from start to finish. In a few months, I was trained to drive intensely and had support from Mario every step of the way. He ensured that anything I was unsure about, we would fix and this resulted in me passing my test first time. I definitely recommend Mario to anyone wanting to learn to drive.

Don’t know where those 1 star reviews come from but my experience with Britannia and Mario has been 100%. Lessons were carried out calmly and professionally, clear communications etc. I got to complete both of my theory and driving test in first go.

I passed my driving test 1st take! My instructor was Tony! Tony was absolutely amazing and patient with me, even though he was under the weather, he still committed to making sure he was available for my lessons and passing. With 4 minors & of course no majors, he helped me tick off a massive goal this year! My initial test got cancelled and Britannia accommodated me to quickly and easily in finding me a new driver as my test date got pushed back! Thank you so much

Mario was a great instructor, always pushing your limits and made sure to identify and practice your weak spots prior to the exam.

I had Mario as a driving instructor and thanks to him I passed my test first time. He was structured and knew where my weak and strong points were. He challenged me and made sure I was 100% ready for the test which turned out to pay off. Mario is also flexible with time which is very helpful when you are working full time.

Mario was a great instructor, helping me get through and pass on my second attempt despite lots of nerves. Mario is calm and gives straightforward driving tuition, advancing you with quick progress to the point you feel comfortable enough to take the test. Highly recommend!

Great lessons - passed test first time

When I started my lessons with my my instructor at Britannia I was already a driver who had done lessons with a different company who went very good. I still had anxiety about driving and issues with my speed and road awareness which my instructor at Britannia was great at really getting to grips with getting rid of all my old habits. I had done 4 tests prior to starting my lessons with Britannia which i had failed and the first test I had after starting with Britannia I passed straight away. would definitely recommend :)

If I could give this a zero I would! The worst driving school in the world and the worst customer service I have ever received! I booked with Mario and paid for 12 hours as I have my test soon but he didn’t show up and didn’t contact me before the lesson to say that he couldn’t attend and I waited for him outside of my house for 20 minutes! Britannia driving school didn’t care that I was now out of pocket and said that the only way for me to get a refund was to put this into writing and they have been extremely rude and unhelpful! Avoid and go somewhere else

5 stars goes out to driver instructor Jon. After taking driving lessons with him both my youngsters passed their tests at first try and they both absolutely loved their lessons with Jon. Very accurate and well structured lessons with a clear plan and with an impressive engagement and great attitude. My daughter unfortunately had another instructor provided thru Britannia at first that we were not to happy about as he was one of the reasons she failed her first test and due to the lack of times available she had to wait 6 month for a new test. During that time we had the chance to switch instructor to Jon (that my son previously had taken lessons with and passed first time) and it was a completely different ballgame with much more accuracy and a well structured lessons and plan and my daughter passed her test after driving with him. So make sure to ask for Jon because he is a top class instructor.

Jon was my instructer and he was a brilliant teacher. Very good and genuine person. Came to each lesson on time and had the car cleaned for the exam. Passed first time with just 4 minors

Today i pass my test at Chertsey centre with 1 minor fault. I am very thankful to my instructor Mr. Rahan

My instructor Rahan was really nice and I passed first time. He taught me everything from scratch making sure I was confident. He familiarised me with the possible routes and all the manoeuvres. The casual conversations during lessons were also nice and eased any nerves I had. Great experience overall.

I can't praise Jon enough for the work he put in to get me ready for my test. I'd been with two other instructors prior at different companies but with Jon, he was very organised and had all my lessons detailed out so we always knew what to work on each lesson. The car was always extremely clean and he was always on time. Our Monday morning lessons were always very informative but equally a good laugh! He managed to teach me much about Art history too and that's coming from a self-employed artist myself! I couldn't recommend Britannia more highly and especially Jon. I passed this week on my first attempt after roughly 20 hours with him. Thank you again!

Absolutely shocking driving and abuse from a driver. Completely broke the Highway Code and then when challenged became abusive. Concerns me what we are teaching.
