Kim Fishman is a five-star audiologist in my book. A couple of months back, at my annual physical, my doctor identified some hearing loss that he suggested I see an audiologist about, and he recommended that I see Kim Fishman, which I did do. Since then, Kim Fishman has first tested my hearing, and confirmed that I have a mild to moderate hearing loss in both ears, with a greater hearing loss in my left ear than my right. She then proposed different options for hearing aids, working with me to mutually select one that would work best for me. The process started with plenty of information and some testing of hearing devices at different levels, until we got to a level that worked for me, with “easy in and easy out” hearing aid devices, that are barely visible, and perhaps are not visible at all to folks who are looking at me, unless they are looking at me from behind me. These devices are working very well, and, as an issue or two has arisen with my initial trials, Kim Fishman has quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue, told me how to fix it, and followed up with me to make sure the fix she proposed is permanently working. Kim Fishman has been pleasant, and informative, throughout this process. I am now able to hear very well with these two devices, on a consistent basis, with Kim committing to follow-up with me, on an as-needed basis, as the weeks and months go by, to make sure that this permanent fix to my hearing loss remains a permanent fix, so that I can fully engage in conversations in different environments, both one-on-one, and in large groups. I recommend Kim Fishman without reservation to all who are interested in addressing their hearing loss with an expert audiologist. Gratefully, J.M. Dady

It’s summer in Minnesota, nothing’s changed with my hearing - I’m useless without my devices - BUT - I’m swimming in my hearing aids. Yup. You read it right. I would recommend the service and experience to everyone who has a hearing loss. The staff is knowledgeable, polite and was willing to find the best possible hearing solutions for me.
