I have no issues with the product. However, a recent order for a carbon filter was sent out with no instructions on how to replace the old one. It may seem obvious to you, but home users need guidence on for example. Turning off supply to the filter before opening a canister, or how to remove a pipe from the units by pressing the collar round the pipe. Suggest you include a simple guide when shipping replacement cartridges. Regards, David King.

I have been using pureflo for over 20 years as the quality of the filters very good, however I'm very disappointed with my latest purchase as the quality of the filters has gone down so much that I don't think I will be using them again.

Pureflo is a very helpful company. I was having trouble fitting a new filter block so I gave them a call and they explained that I needed a new housing unit. They kindly sent me a new unit at no cost and provided further instructions for fitting. Good old fashioned service!
