I've been using their filter kits to remove chlorine from my tap water for very many years. It's a good system and their postal service is excellent.

Very pleased with our replacement kit - the first must have been about 15/20 years old! Was very straightforward to refit. Found new tap handle of improved quality To old version, but the tap spout seemed a little flimsy -‘wobbles’ a bit but I suppose this enables it to twist around to enable a receptacle to be filled standing on the side and not directly over the sink!

Received the reminder to change the filter which is always very helpful. The link took me straight to the required replacement filters and it was very easy to purchase the filters at still a very good price. These arrived within a few days with instructions which were very easy to fit. Couldn’t ask for anything better really.

This filter is brilliant , it takes away the awful taste we get with tap water . You get a much cleaner fresher taste.

We bought this 1/4 turn body, mount and filters to replace one from another manufacturer, which had been really fiddly to replace filters and had tended to leak. The new 1/4 turn fixture fitted easily into the existing pipes (and took up a lot less space) and was up and running within a few minutes. It is an excellent product and the filter produces decent tasting drinking water. All at a realistic price and with prompt service too!

Prompt delivery of the filters and spares for the plumbing fittings. I have used Pureflo products for at least 10 years and I have never had a problem. Delivery has always been very quick and I regard Pureflo as highly reliable.
