Pureflo always remind you when your filters are due to be changed but do not bombard you with emails, they are proactive in responding to orders down to checking compatability of orders against known install and asking you if the order is correct, I incorrectly ordered a filter, they notified me, changed the order with my permission and issued a refund ( the correct filter was cheaper) always helpful and honest with orders being processed by return.
