I ordered a new cylinder and some new connections... For a company to call me to ask if I wanted the new connections as they are not needed for the new cylinder is a wonderful level of service. The spare connectors cost a mere £2.50 and the offer to save that cash was made and the reason behind the call.. As it happens I wanted the spares "just in case..." But full marks for the offer, the level of service and the speedy dispatch of the water filtration system parts I ordered.

Looked for a sensible basic water filter system, and then been getting carbon filters from Pureflo for several years now. Would HIGHLY recommend them. They work, takes seconds to fit, price excellent - (I tend to buy 4, a couple of years supply as they last about 6 months, at a time for the best deal). Delivery quick. Basically, what's not to like? Will continue to use them. That's all I got to say.

Easy to find and order, quite satisfied.

Initially I was sceptical about these water filters as they were some of the cheapest. Consequently I had concerns about their efficiency and longevity - but after having the system installed for about a year now I have no complaints, everything works well. The tap is perhaps a bit flimsy looking, but it works ok. I changed the refills after 6 months, which seemed about right.

You appear to have been taken over? Still a good service but no reminder for months now and you delivery times was 5 days in the past it has been usually the following day or 2 days at most

Excellent product water is filtered so good it is easy seen by comparing with a glass of tap water.

Pureflo noticed I had ordered the wrong fitting for my filter - offered to cancel/refund and order the correct parts - very happy customer here.

Found the original source for my water tap filters. Much better value than buying via indirect suppliers. Don't come with expiry date labels or the blue part that needs connecting at one end; easy just save from previous ones.
