This is an honest company. They tried shipping me the product via Royal Mail from UK to Mexico during the Covid19 episode and for reasons we don't know, it didn't make it to me and was returned and Insulinhub issued a prompt refund. Another online ordering company I used have not shipped any product and have said the supplying company is now out of business so they cannot issue a refund. Very different experience! So thank you.

Insulinhub went above and beyond in service. However it did take a while to get product, but it was in the middle of a 100 year pandemic! They overcame to get the product out to us, even when shipping and plane traffic in and out of the country was severely hampered.
