Mr. James & the Customer Service is immediate & forthright in answering questions, addressing concerns & referencing exactly what I needed to get things fulfilled. 2). Shipping is not really any longer than "Free Shipping" gimmick from any eCommerce seller....maybe 3 weeks start to finish at the most. 3). CC is not NOT Repeat NOT Billed until/unless the package & order shows as "Delivered". 4). eMail Notifications & updates are superb!. Things I don't like: 1). The fact that Here in the USA?? I have to order from out of the Country to get my own health-care directives honoured & fulfilled. Anyways, I've found the recommendations & packaging & fulfillment of my Orders absolutely professionally done & without the apparent slightest delay. This ABSOLUTELY is a trustworthy company! You never know when dealing with an international entity, but there's NO reason to be concerned about InsulinHub. Shipping took a while, of course - which the company warned of at the outset. The kicker for me was that the buyer's card isn't charged until AFTER delivery. How's that for different? My order was delivered today; the company sent an email a few hours later letting me know it had been delivered and that the company would be submitting the charge soon. That's a great service since I'm in a highly rural NC area where mail delivery can be hit or miss. Shortly after I received the "delivered" email, I received another from my card issuer letting me know the charge had been made. Who operates this way these days? I'm glad to know there's at least one left in the world. THANKS, InsulinHub!

Absolutely outstanding service and products! I signed up for an account and ordered a large amount of C-19 meds on 11/2/2020 using the provided online form and they just arrived today (11/21/2020) in Colorado via USPS, having shipped from Singapore, a total of only 20 days from start to finish! My order was assigned a Singapore tracking number (which USPS recognized as soon as the order reached U.S. shores). However, tracking wasn't possible until the order actually reached Singapore. I specified on the order form that i wanted to pay by having InsulinHub contact me directly, and within an hour, a VERY knowledgeable, helpful and personable U.S. representative contacted me and answered all of my questions. I provided CC information and then contacted my CC company to alert them to a future charge from the UK for this purchase just to make sure their AI didn't barf the transaction. I was told the charge wouldn't be made until delivery to my door,and as of the moment no charge has yet been made. The medications were all packaged in original manufactures' packaging and all medications were in manufactures' blister packs. Expiration dates were all at least two years into the future. I looked up all the manufacturers of the on the Internet for the meds i ordered, and they are all legitimate manufacturers of generic medications in India. I really couldn't be happier. I couldn't find these medications available any other way, even after spending several days of scouring the Internet. I now feel MUCH safer for myself and my loved ones by having these medications in hand, because the Democrats and the fake stream enemedia and the fake social media have frightened almost all medical practitioners and facilities so badly that in many locations it's essentially impossible to obtain these life-saving medications.
