After navigating the page for a bit I opened a chat session and in less than one minute Andrew responded and answered all my questions. I ordered from insulinhub for the first time recently, and received my shipment today. Andrew James courteously and promptly processed my order. He later quickly answered questions I had about shipping, which has been delayed recently, because of the Wuhan virus. I also note that, as an added measure of customer security, insulinhub does not bill until you have received your shipment.
