When we first received a letter from Rightful Claims well over a year ago, we thought it was a scam and we didn’t reply to the letter. Some how they got in contact with our daughter by phone, and it was her telling us that Worthington Clark was a real company that we then got in contact with them. They told us that they had been trying to get in contact with us for years, and that a we had shares in a Company called (Colonel Mutual) which we had used over thirty years ago. From then on they helped us get the right information and documents to prove the shares were ours so they could retrieve them. They kept us updated all the way through the process of retrieving shares that we knew nothing about. Once we sent all the documents to Worthington Clark, it took about six weeks to retrieve the shares sell them for us and forward the money. We are so so grateful to them for all there hard work and professionalism in this process, thank you so much you have made our year.

Very good communication and prompt payment .

I received a letter telling me that a significant amount money could be raised by selling shares that had been lying dormant for years and that I did not know I possessed. Working on the principle that something that seems too good to be true usually is I ignored the letter. However, after taking advice and following a visit from a representative of Rightful Claims I decided to follow up the approach and am delighted that I did - my bank account is now over £9,000 to the good. So, this was not a scam - Rightful Claims were quick and efficient and kept me in touch with what they were doing on my behalf throughout the process. I recommend them.

After initial hesitation in progressing with the claim, my worries were alleviated by good communication from the company. A time scale was given for progress and this worked out as they had stated. It's important to take time to dig out all relevant paperwork, because it will smooth out the operation. My sincere thanks to the staff involved. First of all it was a big surprise to receive an email from a previously unknown source offering to retrieve money I knew nothing about. At first I was sceptical. Is this a scam I thought - so I researched the company and once satisfied it was all legitimate I agreed to give the go ahead. I had an even bigger surprise a few weeks later when a sum of money - more than estimated - was paid into my bank account just before Christmas.
