After receiving many letters from Rightful Claims we finally decided to make contact with Worthington Clark. Once we had made thus initial contact, things couldn't have been easier. We met in person with Simon Bligh and he infirmed us of what and where the assets are. Thus company was undoubtedly fully transparent with all paths they woukd take to retrieve the monies owed. All I can say is our experience was amazing and all monies were received and in our account within a few weeks.

It was absolutely hassle free with a well worth it charge, as I probably wouldn’t had bothered doing it myself.

To be fair they have been very good with everything sent letters and rang when they said they would.They have paid out a interim payment a lot quicker than I thought they would I was expecting sometime in 2025.Also could not do enough for me from the very start.

Very professional clear information instruction Straightforward

I was very dubious when I received a letter from Worthington Clark about some lost shares. It wasn't until I read reviews online that I realised that it was legitimate. They were very professional in their communication, explained everything really well and the whole process was very quick. Very happy with the result.

I am so glad I finally relented. I didn't believe I could have shares from an old, redeemed Colonial Mutual endowment policy, but I did. I put off sending the required documents because I didn't trust that Rightful Claims were genuine. But then I was contacted directly by Simon Bligh, had a conversation and decided to go for it. The process was simply carried out by video call, my document copies sent back by 1st class, postage paid mail. A couple of weeks later the claim was lodged and after another few weeks the cash landed in my bank account. There was one little blip with the cash transfer due to a 3rd party but that was sorted out quickly by prompt, professional communication with the client services team and Simon. Yes, the fee is 25% but as I didn't know I was due the money in the first place it made no difference to me. It was due to their unrelenting pursuit that I have an extra 6.5k in the bank so it was worth it!

As I was unaware of the monies that my late husband had invested until recently I was very humbled by the honesty, helpfulness, and effort that has been taken to retrieve them.

We've all heard it - give someone you're bank details and WHAM! you're broke! But nah, these guys found the money, sorted all the legal fidgityness and put the money in the bank! Cheers guys!
