Recently had Jamie and Jack attend my Puredrive batteries after an issue on install. Very professional and knowledgeable with helping me understand the in’s and out’s. Glad to say they are working now without any further issues.

With 25 kw battery system, Callum and team attended site couldn’t fault fix and advised it can only be done in workshop, incredibly they removed the whole system and replaced with complete new system, for me the client was the priority here and puredrive showed it amazed to say the least. 🤩

Jamie and his colleague came to our house to fix an issue with the battery. Arrived on time and kept me posted of his movement. Very helpful and updated the soft wear. Thank you David . Cumbria

Following my install in January I left a negative review for Puredrive. I have been visited by Jack and Jamie twice in the last two days. They are a credit to the company and I am compelled to delete my previous review and replace it with this one. Customer service from most organisations is dire these days so a positive experience really stands out.

This was the 2nd and 3rd visit from Puredive team and I cannot express how much I really appreacited their above and beyond effort in resolving the problem. Special appreciation to Aiden Hillyard Macpherson and Jack Withers. Puredrive is extremely lucky to have both of you as part of the organization. Both of you definitely a leading by example of what will ensure Puredrive will continuosly to grow as a company and a trusted brand. It was supposedly a simple battery replacement but without any clear explanation, the house back up power stop working. I was definitely panicking as half of the house without power. Without both of them I would have freak out and not sure what to do. Initially we thought it was the battery but later on pretty clear it was not . They demonstrated high level of technical competency in their area to perform the onsite trouble shooting and liasing with the puredrive and solis remotely, extremely profesional, kind and truly commited to help others. The problem identification was performed very systematically to narrow down the potential issues after all the initial steps failed. They found the problem what caused it and it was left by the original installer, one of the connecter pin was shorter than the other two, causing the mis-connection. Definitely I can't thank you enough to both of you for everything.

I had Puredrive batteries installed in my home back in autumn 2021, but due to installer issues (not Puredrive) these started having issues not long after. Puredrive worked with me to get my system back up an running sending their own team up to Scotland a few times to personally work on, eventually installing a new system that has worked perfectly since installed. Big shout out to Callum who took ownership of this personally and worked hard to make sure my system worked well.

I have been installing battery storage for 2+ years now and I haven't come across a battery with better technical support than Puredrive. I was dealing with Callum who helped me with a few customers that I was dealing with and I can safely say that I will not be promoting any other battery to my customers!

After having 3 x 5Kw batteries installed I was unable to log into the app but after a phone call with Owen from the sales team we worked to get me logged in and get them and me on the monitoring app, love the batteries they look so sleek. Thanks Puredrive
