United Kingdom | 10 November 2022After being sent a link for the Puredrive app, following purchase and install of 2xPD 2 batteries, I am now told by PD CS that the app is not compatible with these batteries, so can’t see any battery data directly. Have to rely on Solis inverter for that! Very hard to contact PD CS. Would not recommend PureDrive, as it seems they tell you any thing just to get the sale!

United Kingdom | 29 October 2022Have had our 10Kw battery for nearly a year now. Smashing company to deal with. Customer care team excellent. Only minus I did not realise we wouldn't have control of the battery. We can't adjust timing of charges and can't take free power which Octopus give us occasionally. Any changes require a call to Pure Drive. They are quick and efficient when called but the free power I have to donate to charity.

Ireland | 04 September 2022One star because it’s impossible to register the warranty with them and also the battery is producing alarms that apparently a firmware update will solve. I’ve sent multiple emails , filled out their online forms and nothing has come back from the company. The battery is brand new! Very bad customer service.

United Kingdom | 05 May 2022The solar electricity system was cutting out when the battery reached max capacity and would not supply electricity to the house or the Grid. Callum, the staff member from Pure Drive Energy, talked me through a battery check to ascertain that the battery was operating effectively, thus narrowing the source of the problem to the inverter. Callum was patient, clear and ready to help with the right words to explain the problem to the inverter supplier. This aided a reasonably swift resolution so that 24hrs later we have a working system. We were impressed with the quality of customer care.

United Kingdom | 29 April 2021After some exasperating problems the company have eventually restored my faith, sending two young men on the day and at the time expected to rectify the ongoing problems. Daniel and Charlie were immediately on the case working together to rectify the problems. Very polite pleasant and competent lads they resolved the issues leaving us with a functional and connected battery. Furthermore Mia our point of contact handled the sensitive problem with professionalism and understanding. Although the original problem we experienced with the battery installation took several months to solve, we are now satisfied with the result and the employees whom have now restored our faith. United Kingdom | 22 April 2021We had our battery installed on Monday, there was unfortunately a technical glitch which meant it didn’t operate. This is where a company proves itself, when things don’t quite go right. Daniel offered to come down that evening (it was past 5:00) or on Wednesday. We felt that as we had not had a battery for the first 65 years of our lives a few more days would not be a problem, but the offer of coming out on the same day to fix the issue is a testament to service integrity. Daniel and Aiden arrived within the time agreed and fixed the problem within the hour. They were efficient, knowledgable, courteous, and delivered on their promise. Excellent job guys! By the way over the past few days the battery is working as expected and no electricity purchased from the grid today. Happy customer.
