I'm currently in the process of having a puredrive battery storage system installed & reached out to them to request some advice as our system is three phase & high voltage. We have a fairly new Puredrive battery installation and I must comment on how in particular Jack Court has gone the "extra mile" helping us ensure we are fully integrated with your app - taking advantage of the optimum timings/settings .

We have a pv and battery arrangement and also charge an electric vehicle. It's quite a complicated system! Alice has been extremely helpful assisting with remotely configuring the battery and charging regime to make the most of our electric tariff.

Helpful and proactive support by e-mail - even sending an e-mail to check if I'd received an earlier e-mail, rather than waiting to be asked! And a good outcome in terms of changing the programming of battery charging, one which I wasn't even aware was an option. So all good!

I ihad a Puredrive II 5Kw battery installed with my solar panels 18 months ago. This has been so successful that I am looking to add another Puredrive !! battery and some more panels to my current set up. As Puredrive are local to me I telephoned them for some advise on my Solis Inverter and Battery and how best to plan the way ahead adding more storage and panels. Jack gave me first class advice.
