United Kingdom | 08 July 2019Hotel great. Flights fine. Sadly, every single piece of info about our hire car was wrong. Directions, phone number, everything. All wrong. In an airport the size of Schipol that makes life very difficult indeed, especially when you are on a time frame and have somewhere to be. We will not be using Logitravel again.

Seems complaints team don't care so I've been shafted and there's nothing I can do except stress myself writing 100 emails and end up in a mental asylum..... with no refund. NO THANK YOU. You live and you learn to be very careful when playing with snakes. BAD FORM LOGITRAVEL

United Kingdom | 05 July 2019Absolutely dreadful customer service. You might save a bit of money using them, but if you have any issues then they’re useless. They didn’t tell us that there was extra fees when checking into a hotel. These fees came to over 1/3 of the original hotel price and they wouldn’t refund our original booking. My advice would be to avoid, and use a more reputable company and double check for any sneaky, hidden fees. Edit 26/07/19 - No thank you, Logitravel. We took it to small claims and won. The fact that we had to go through court, should tell you to stay away from this company.

United Kingdom | 14 June 2019Be very wary of this company I booked a special trip for my husband for his 50th for a 4night stay in New York and a 11 night cruise .i looked on trustpilot before I booked because I hadn’t dealt with them before .The sales person neglected to tell me that the flights were basic economy had no baggage and could not be altered.They have misled me but will not refund my deposit of £862 .They did offer to deduct the cost of the baggage but I can’t amend anything about the flight .. the special holiday is already ruined ..
