Shipping always fast . I bought the robotic watch stand, this was my third. It was made of highest steel and workmanship is really excellent !

Overall, happy with the experience. Website is easy to use. Received the watches fast. Watches delivered in good condition. The packing of the watches could have been better. One of the watch box was slightly dented, but the watch is in good condition.

my only criticism is that the pictures on your site made the face appear more yellow than it actually is. I am not displeased with the watch and understand that photos can be misleading but there is some disappointment.

Well handled from start of purchase to delivery

Prior to purchase, I had a couple of questions, both of which, were answered within 24 hours and facilitated purchase. I purchased a Casio G-Shock "Rainbow" and it is a very attractive watch, so much so, I will likely purchase a second in a different color.

The watch is good, I mean as a Casio its very well rated, but the details in the face of the watch are a little poor as we expect, I mean its one with a no complicated desing, but as a "star sky" it seem like has not really a mucho hand work on it.

Edit: The team at IFL reached out after this review and graciously offered to forward my order to my current destination at their expense. The agent I was working with was extremely courteous and professional and I received my watch 48 hours after writing this review. I'm in love with the watch and I'll change my review to 5 stars because we all know mistakes happen, and only the best of companies go out of their way to fix them :) I was spending a week in kuwait wiry my family and decided to order this watch- to ensure I received it in time, I selected express shipping which the website said would take 2-5 days to deliver. The delivery took 8 days, I had already left and now I don't have my watch. I can't comment on the watch because I haven't seen it, obviously.
