The process dealing with IFL Watches pre receiving my watch was great. My emails on questions were answered promptly. The watch arrived quickly, was well packaged, and presented in a nice GSHOCK case. I opened the case excited to see my watch and start to wear it. To my amazement, the bezel inside the watch was facing the wrong way. I contacted IFL Watches who did respond promptly, providing two options 1) Return watch to IFL to be fixed 2) Do it myself or take it to a watch maker to fix and get a 10% discount on my order. I chose option 2. I'm happy with my watch and it looks great and works well. Suggestion to IFL Watches would be to improve their quality control checks before a watch is sent out. First experiences are important to your brand reputation.

A fantastic quality product with special packaging (Space Surfer Concept - Citizen Tsuyosa). Love my watch and hoping to keep it for years and years. Someone in my family is a watch enthusiast and I was a little concerned that they would make fun of me due to the potential questionable value (in the order of +£500 on top of a £300 watch). I saw the watch more as a piece of art and valued its uniqueness (we’re allowed to make less rational purchases from time to time, right?). However, even the watch enthusiast was mesmerised by it. The only critical piece of feedback is that the company utilised all of the time period indicated that it may take them to produce (or ship) the watch (14 days, if I remember correctly). I wasn’t in any rush but it defeats the purpose of the option of 2 day express shipping (which is not very cheap). Recommend overall.

I was concerned about the quality since the custom was a hand-drawn drawing, but it came out the same as the advertised sample. I would rate their work as reliable.
